They took the cash (credit card) and I got nothing. They have no address or phone# and they wont answer my emails.Did a google search and found more complaints about them.It seems their web site is shut down now as well.

Just call the CC company and tell them you got ripped off. I've done this twice and they just refund the money after a quick investigation. One time it was a $500 carbon fiber hood where the company wouldn't refund my $$ or ship the hood even after 6 months. Finally called the CC and within 2 weeks I got refunded on my bill.

Bummer, call your credit card company.

From what I have been able to find on the web. It appears they sold burned DVD copies, not originals, and they are located overseas. Maybe that's why the website was shut down.

Always research unknown sellers before you place the order.

I pretty much just get my dvd's from Amazon. I may pay a bit more, but I've done enough business with them that I'm comfortable with them.
My equipment sig felt inadequate and deleted itself.
