Any good sites for wall plates? Speaker wire?

Looking for reputable site for wall plates and other wire concealing accessories, also speaker wire.

Any recommendations for speaker wire brands? I'm going in-wall so I think 14 gauge is good? Do I use the same wire for the sub as I do for the others? Thanks for your suggestions...

    +1 for monoprice.

    They are good quality for the price, which is extra low. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. I have purchased banana plugs, speaker wire, RCA and HDMI cables and all ship fast and work as advertised.

    Thanks...the sites you suggested all look great.

    I am thinking of using wall plates for the speaker wires to help clean up my setup. When using these plates do I connect a banana plug to the wire once i fish it down the wall, then connect to the wall plate, followed by another banana plugged wire from the plate to the AVR? I am trying to save some $ by keeping this DIY but want to have it look somewhat professional. Thanks.
