Center Channel Speaker
Finally hooking up equipment two years after building new home. Everything is prewired - only one problem. The TV which is above the fireplace mantel did not leave enough room to put a standard center channel speaker. I only have approximately 4" above the tv. I was always thinking that I could get a low profile speaker and mount it directly to the ceiling slightly in front of the tv. Polk does not offer a $250-400 low profile center channel speaker. Has anyone tried using a in ceiling / in wall speaker mounted in the ceiling? I was looking at the Polk Audio TC60i. Any thoughts?

What about mounting options on the sides of the TV?Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them. -

the cs2 would be the best match for your 200s, but where to put it. I honestly haven't heard anything (good or bad) about the tc60i, but if the tv is that close to the ceiling it may be your best option. pics might helppanasonic th-50pz85u
