Well, on a whim me and the wife popped in this classic DVD since it's kid friendly (trying to pacify the 14 month old with something that might hold her interest) and I'm blown away with the LFE throughout the disk as well as the tasteful use of the surround sound channels - the dolby digital track is great...I can only imagine what the HD version is like. If you haven't seen this one in a while and have it, power up the HT and pop er in - you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks

Monsters Inc. on Blu-ray has possibly the most detailed picture I've seen on any disc thus far. I actually thought it looked just slightly better than Up does (though both are jaw-dropping). Every strand of Sully's hair comes through beautifully, and there are times that you feel like you could just about reach in and grab stuff. Oh... and the "23-19" scene where they blow up the sock? SO NICE!
    Equipment list:
    Onkyo TX-NR3010 9.2 AVR
    Emotiva XPA-3 amp
Polk RTi70 mains, CSi40 center, RTi38 surrounds, RTi28 rears and heights
SVS 20-39CS+ subwoofer powered by Crown XLS1500
    Oppo BDP-93 Blu-ray player
    DarbeeVision DVP5000 video processor
    Epson 8500UB 1080p projector
Elite Screens Sable 120" CineWhite screen

LOL! Exactly, this was the first time I had listened to this movie with the new setup...so the sock explosion had a great LFE and I immediately perked up when that particular scene hit...from that point forward, I was listening closely to the entire soundtrack - just a great setup all around!
