Where do you put yur sub so it sounds the best?

I got a psw150 and I have the volume and fq. all the way up and i cant seem to hear them when i'm playing some dvds.

    if you can...put the sub on your left side facing out:

    sub>

    this will load the bass on that wall and should increase.. depending on the rest of your system...that sub may not be powerfull enough...

    Get a cheap rca cable, or speaker wire long enough to put the sub exactly where you sit. (your sweet spot) Crank it up to your reference level, with material you know well.

    Next, have some cold suds, and literally crawl around the room. This isn't an exact science, but you should put your sub in the spot you crawled to that sounds the best.

    I have had this work fairly well, esp for HT setup, and assuming you are running your sub at a very low freq level <=60 Hz or so.

    If you run your sub 80Hz or higher, I would place it anywhere between the front mains for a good 'blend'. Need more boom? Corner load that beeotch.
