Anyone has ever dealt with these people?

I had to ordered the Sanus AFAB audio rack and the extra 12" steel posts for my new Onkyo 876 with these people since Rackandstands runs out of stock for the 12" extension steel posts. It has been over 7 days and I have not received a legitimate shipping tracking number from these people.

I have filed a dispute with Paypal and still there was no response from these people. Their web-site is slow and almost non-responding to look my order up. I have placed several calls and was told to leave a message by an automate answering machine.

What' step do I need to take next? I thought I have the full protection from Paypal but it seems this is not a case.

Any thoughts?

    Yeah, PayPal sucks. :D
Can we get a sticky that has that in the title, just in case anyone forgets?

It seems like I will have to use my bank to dispute the transaction since Paypal gave me a run around 30 days time frame. :(

Got my full refunds today after I escalated my claim to Paypal.

It's a shame that some vendor does not actually own the inventory but they list on their web-site anyway. Once they receive an order, they look for a third party who has the inventory to ship to you. A middle man tactics crap!

I know a lot people hate paypal but I find they are the best at what they do. If I do not know or trust the seller or the price is more than $100 I use the CC option just in case.

Agree. It was just one of the "lucky" transaction. It takes a week or so to get a refund and now I wait for a few days to get the refunds being wired back to my credit card.
