You can never have too much. :p And if you could, this wouldn't be it. I had a 545 on my R50s, sounded pretty good. :)

Pauly bought the 545 from me and I once hooked it up to my R50's just for grins and was very surprised at how good they sounded. I think you'd be VERY pleased with the results.

This is a damn nice amp, at a great price. Don't be scared of the "only" 100 wpc rating. This thing can get loud.

Yep...it can drive my SDA 2A's to levels louder than I generally care to listen at.

Very much. This is my 3rd Adcom. Would keep it, just no use for it at the moment and rather someone else enjoy.

Excellent price on a very nice, solid, powerful , (real 100 watts per channel,no bs ratings)well designed power amps. I bought one of these Adcom 545 to power my SDA/SRS2's til I could afford a step up(Parasound HCA-1200THX which I found here about a month ago. Highly recommend the Adcom 545:)

I have one of these driving my SDA2's. I have also had it hooked up to my RTiA1's, and it sounded beautiful. In case you don't know, that has a single tweeter and a 5.25" midwoofer. Not too much power, by far.

I am trying to explain to my kids why we are eating chicken feed...
The 545 is the best, simplest amp in the line. You take rubber checks?
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks

I hope someone gets it. I am running out of stuff to trade/sell here. I am listening to one right now, and a second one would more than be welcome for the bedroom rig!

I'm glad someone has already moved forward on this.... i was starting to itch to buy it to pair with my preamp that nobody wants. :p Then all i'd be missing would be an Adcom CDP to have everything matched and hunky-dory for a bedroom setup.
