Music with Flash Drive in USB Port

Hi,
I just got the Surround Bar 360 and am happy so far. I bought it as an open item and the store (Best Buy) had misplaced the original remote. So they gave me a Harmony remote. It works great, except I can't select the random play function when listening to music via the USB port. When I first plugged the Flash Drive in, it started playing without prompting and it was playing random. Now it needs to be told, and only plays from the folder that I select. Thanks for your help!

    Welcome to Club Polk. You are probably going to wait until Monday to call Polk's customer support @ 1-866-764-1801. Some one who knows may answer here.

    a quick look at the manual states the following. Page 26.

    Repeat—Press REPEAT
    Press once to repeat current file.
    Press twice to repeat all files in the directory/folder.
    Press three times to playback all files in the directory/folder in a random order.

    Not sure if the open box had the book or not. You may need to move all the music into a folder then select that folder to play all of them.
