Help hooking up 360 Surround with current DVD player/TV tuner

I know some about A/V, but not a ton. Not included in the manual is how to hook up the 360 Surround DVD console & continue using our JVC DVD Recorder/VCR/TV Tuner. Any help?

Currently I have the Soundbar hooked up and working with the TV, but no video is coming through from the DVD Recorder...

Thanks for your help!!!

Dustin

    Welcome to CP there shampooguy!

So how do you have your 360 console hooked up? Does your surround bar only play audio from a DVD/CD you play from the console itself?

Now, where exactly is your DVD recorder connected to?

It all depends how you have things hooked up and what input settings you have stuff at. We also won't know exactly what would be best recommended considering we don't know if your tv has audio outputs/etc. and if you're running that JVC recorder straight to the tv. I'm not familiar with the 360 unit itself, so I'll go take a look online to see if it has any inputs.

    Thanks Freddy--

The stuff you said led me to look at my setup again, and I just moved my RCA cords to the AUX spot, and I'm good!

    Thanks again...
