MicroPro vs Hsu STF

I'm looking for a sub to complete my 3.1 system. I have RTi A5s with a CSi5 on the way.

I've been researching subs the last few days and narrowed it down to either a MicroPro 1000, Hsu STF-1, or STF-2. I want a really musical sub that also can give me a good bit of oomph on movie explosions and crashes. But I don't want to shake my walls or piss off my neighbors. And I don't like too much rib-cage shaking either.

All 3 options get good reviews and are in the same price range. I couldn't find any direct comparisons on the web.

I've attached a pic of my apartment floorplan, because the "living room" is somewhat open to the rest of the place and I'm not sure how that affects the soundwaves. My ceilings are ~8 ft high, so not too much space to fill. (I got my L & R backwards, lol, and the black bar is my couch).

It also may be worth noting my building has 17" thick concrete walls so I practically never hear my neighbors (on both sides, above, and below) and nobody's complained about my somewhat loud music or movies - at least it's plenty loud for my tastes.

If I had to pick one at the moment it'd be the STF-2, mostly because I may move to a bigger place at some point. Based on the reviews I've read, I probably can't make a bad decision on any of these and each would likely be plenty of bass for my needs.

So, which ones have you heard and would choose?

I appreciate your help!
