I purchased these as NOS from an E-bay seller that I have dealt with on numerous ocassions. They tested very good on my tube tester, and I have had them in my pre amp for about a year(12AU7)
.My pre is somewhat "dark" sounding, and I'm going to try some of the new production tubes to determine if I can get the sound that I'm looking for. So, here they are, some of the lettering is gone, but they are very musical, not bright, made in England,I cannot remember the date. Here you go,(QUAD)and thanks for looking.

Guys-- these are 12AU7 varients and can be used in most,if not all 12AU7 applications. Here is a link.
