No affil, I just was shopping for some batteries for my Ryboobi 18v cordless set.
After liking, then pricing a single Li-On battery at Home Depot at a cool $90, I kinda fell into this reconditioned set online-
(1) Drill ( already got the old ni-cad type) (1)Charger, also have the old one (2) lightweight Li-On batteries, shipped free 119.99. There's also some dealers on ebay similar but with one of the batteries heavy-duty type.
The li-on batteries work with the older blue tools and I think the new charger will charge the old blue ni-cad batteries. 1 year warranty on the Recon.

I've always had good luck with reconditioned tools, still have a 25 year old recon'd Rockwell sawzall and a d-handle router. Well, heck, I guess they just made all kinds of great gear in the 80's.
