sr6500 HELP?!
I am looking in to purchasing the component sr6500 speakers for my truck. I was just wondering how well exactly does the bass of the speakers handle?
I'm huge on sound quality, however, my sister who also used the truck doesn't freakin care, and has almost blown out my new alpines (i can already here the tweeters starting to give out static) and honestly this is beginning to tick me off.
I'm looking for speakers that can handle the excessive bass she likes to put out. I already know the sq will be fantastic, but I've heard so much about these speakers being able to play low end with "laughable ease."
For those of you who own these, is it possible to turn the volume as loud as possible..... and even with the bass eq turned up.... and these speakers won't suffer the wrath of my sister's freakin hip hop??

set it up conservatively on the amp gain and crossover level so that even if your sis maxxes it up, the gear'll all be safe
