DCM TF-350s

A very nice pair of these popped up on my local CL, negotiating price right now. If i can get him down to $100-$125, these worth picking up?

He's asking $200 for these and a pair of rare DCM Half-Time bookshelves.

They seem.... different. Anyone heard these? I know the newer DCM stuff is trash, any input on these?

    After finishing wading through 5 pages of results, seems George Grand likes older DCM speakers... that's good enough for me!

    But would still like some input if you've got it. :)

    I sold a pair of Time Frame 500's in perfect shape to somebody on here for $100 or $150 a couple years ago. If you get both pair for your target price, there might be some fun in there. They were pleasant sounding speakers to say the least.

    I don't really have any use for the Half Times i don't think.... unless these speakers would work well for HT, then i'll just run them, grab a center, and move the Titans to the bedroom...

    If i could get both pairs for $150, i'd jump, but i'm way more interested in the TF-350s at the moment.

    Do you think $200 is too much for both pairs? They look pretty decent.

    Ehh... he won't budge off of $150 so far for the 350s. I'm not real excited about that, so i'm going to try to talk him down one more time and pass if he won't move.

    I sold my Timeframe 400's for an unbelievable price of 50.00. Almost exc. cond. too. Dooooh...The man didn't even tip me!!!!I didn't know the woofers had rubber surrounds at the time. I was in severe shoulder pain at the time is my only excuse! I'd buy another pr. for 100.00 now..
    Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.
