Fxi A4 - Will they match well?

I currently have: RT-800's for my main fronts (bi-amped)
CSi40 for my center channel
Yamaha NS-A636 for my surrounds
PSW-650 sub

What is wrong with this picture? :)
The Yamaha's of course!

I am currently looking at replacing the Yamaha surrounds with Fxi A4 surrounds.
Yes, I KNOW they will sound better, but is it not a good choice to match with my current setup?

Any suggestions/comments are greatly appreciated!

The FXiA4's would match up very well. The FXiA's are part of the RTiA series, which is essentially a more evolved series of your RT800i's/CSi40.

The FXiA4's will give you a HUGE improvement over the surrounds you're using now.

    Welcome to Club Polk!:)

What gear are you running with those speakers?

    Onkyo - TX-SR875... it's a beast! - 140W per channel - 7.1

Monster Home Theater Reverence Power Center - HT-1600

Just got it and love it. The Yamaha speakers have got to go!

Very nice...that Onkyo is a fine AVR. That should be a great sounding setup!!

Not too shabby for an "intermediate" home theater dude. My Harmon Kardon AVR-230 was acting up (DSP board went bad out of warranty) and I decided it was time for an upgrade. Put my Kenwood towers (old and crappy) in the garage, sold my Infinity Entra sub and got the 800s and the PSW-650. I already had the CSi40. Now I've got the fever even worse than before, for sure! :D

I'd say I'm stepping it up in the HT world now. Thanks for your replies.
