Picking a new sub

I currently have a velo DPS-10 sub with my polk RTi speakers (10's, 4's, 3). The velo does a good job but i want something better for HT. On Ebay I found a svs 10nsd, and s sunfire true MKII. Of the two subs which do you think would be better for movies. The room that it is in is 25x23 and very open, but will be moving to a smaller room in a couple of years.

    Welcome to the Club!

    The SVS pb-10 will work in the smaller room,but for the 25x23 the SVS Ultra-13
    would be much better.
