I don't know if anyone remembers me but I was regular on here until a deal between 2 members and myself went south. The situation was righted and it seemed as though I was forgiven for what happened but I said I wouldn't post in this forum again - was just too embarrassed by the whole thing. I got pm's from a few of you telling me to stay, which I definitely appreciated. It's been a few years and was just wondering about coming back to the forum, maybe. Just checking to see if that was cool - if not, I know where the door is. Thanks guys...

Here's the lowdown for those of you that were not around at that time. http://www.polkaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?t=41503

I'll presume that those of you not around at that time have already read the linked thread otherwise I'd have to wonder why you'd welcome someone back without knowing the facts.

    Anyway, welcome back Tom.

Yup it was the first thing I did was to go back the pertinent thread and read the details before I posted. A classic case of how things should be done not only did he deliver the goods with extras but offered but a full refund to boot.

You would have to pretty cold not to want to forgive after that.

Thanks all. I probably should have waited a while though before poking around again with everything that's been going on. If my being here is going to cause any problems at all just let me know. I'll be gone in a poof. I truly am sorry for the stuff that went down a few yrs ago but at the time everything just fell in my lap at once and my life was turned quite a bit upside down.

I read through the old thread and was a bit surprised to read that last bit about Burnt - don't remember who he is or what was sold to him. I didn't sell whatever it was through the Polk forum. It looks like I told him that I would be a little late getting his item shipped out and it looked he panicked. His item did get shipped obviously and I threw in something extra for the trouble(according to his post - still don't remember what it was). In any case, I'm sorry for the trouble that I caused. I never intentionally tried to screw anyone over and for those who think I did, I truly apologize.
