Just re-acquired these from my nephew. I bought them used but in primo shape in OK City back in '93. I sold them to him in like '97 and he had them 'till yesterday. I asked him if he would trade the SDA's for a pair of monitor series or some Thiel 1.2's. He said sure, he doesn't have the room for a large pair of floorstanders in his home.

Sooo, I now have 4 pairs of SDA's in the house :D. He ended up taking a pair of 5Jr+ with stands. Now I need to find some 6503's. He said they got blown rockin' out one night.

    Make sure you tell him Monitor 5's aren't ROCKING OUT speakers. Rescue the 5's and get him a cheap pair of CV's to rock out with.

    Yeah, I think he knows. His party days are pretty much over. He listens to Barry Manilow nowadays. Or was it Marylin Manson? One of the two.
