I just got the RTI12's and the CSI5. What else (rear speakers??, receiver, amplifier) do i need for completing the sound portion of my HT? I am new to this so would appreciate a recommendation.

There ya go!
Welcome to CP
You'll want to grab another pair of Polk's to keep things matched up if you want. Are you looking for bookshelves or tower speakers?
If you're going with bookshelves, look into wall-mounting or stands to bring the tweeters up to ear-level as you're sitting down watching a movie/listening to music.
As for a receiver, make sure you grab one with pre-amp outputs so you can always add an external amplifier to better power your speakers down the road. Trust me, the upgrade bug will bite. So far, you've got a nice pair of speakers and center channel. To be more specific though, how much are you looking to spend for the rears alone, subwoofer, receiver and an amp (if you really want one).

Any suggestions on receiver and amp? -
Welcome to the club.
In regards to the receiver, pretty much any of the common brands would work. Denon, Onkyo, HK, Pio, Yamaha. I would make sure that the one i select has preouts so you can use a external amp if needed.Front - RTiA5's
Rear - RTiA3's
