Week 11 in the NFL

So, how'd your team do?

The stupid Cowboy game was on at the same time as the Colts game on CBS, so that one didn't air here. I did find a cool website where you can watch pretty much any NFL game, so I did get to watch my Colts play, although not in HD.

That Colts v Ravens was a great game. The Colts weren't very impressive on offense, especially in the second half, but they managed to get the job done. Baltimore walked up and down the field on them, but the Colts had some impressive defensive stands inside their own 30 to keep the Ravens out of the endzone the entire game, that stand right on the 1 yard line was impressive! I still don't think they're playing at a level that's going to get them to the big game, but at least they still have a few games left to work out the kinks.

How did they Cowpokes only beat the Redskins by 1 point? Granted it's a win for Dallas, but isn't Washington a pretty bad team? The good news for Dallas fans is that you're going to get to watch them put on a clinic this Thursday, when they get to play the lowly Raiders. Do you even start your first team for that games? :D

I won't say the Giants are back, but they looked better on offense yesterday. But man, what has happened to their defense?

Minesota had a nice practice session up in Seattle. That Brett Fav-ra can apparently still toss the ball around.

I was hoping to see the 49ers to step up this year, and they have improved, but that first half against Green Bay was bad.

The Broncos are done, San Diego should wrap up that division, I sure hope the Colts don't see them in the playoffs again this year.

Cinci...how do you loose to the Raiders? I didn't see the game, but that's gotta be some bad football...

It looks like the 'bad' call from Belichick last week wasn't the demise of the Patriots as an organization like everyone was making it sound...the game with the Jets was never really even close.

The last play of the Detroit game was great - you'd be hearing alot more about it if it wasn't the Lions playing the Browns. I'd say that's a gutsy move by Stafford!

Pittsburgh looses to the Chiefs, how the hell does THAT happen?

This just in, the Bucs are not very good...

    Geaux Saints!

Jeez though, did they really have to play that game? I didn't watch so I don't even know if TB put up a fight.

    Go Packerz!

I'm still hoping for the Packers to get into the playoffs.

Since they probably won't go anywhere in the playoffs anyways....what's the upside? I hope they don't get in and Thompson gets sent packing with his mostly idiotic draft pics and completely inept offensive line (and not having a plan other than to shuffle personnel around). I'm not sure if McCarthy is a bad coach yet, but I do know I'm getting sick and tired of the penalties that probably cost them 2 games this year so far.

Not to mention we lost Al Harris and Aaron Kampman for the season in one game with torn ACLs.

I think the Packers mostly have a very talented bunch of individuals, but they need better leadership and an offensive line. They need to be a better team.

It was. The Bengals played horribly bad.

The sad thing is, you just give the Packers a different offensive line and that offense could do some damage. Hell, they don't even need a great O-line, just an average line would do wonders...

Yeah, you're both right about the abysmal o-line...If you watch Rodgers play during the first game vs the Vikings, and how he managed to keep up with Favre even after dealing with 9 sacks, you get an idea of what he (and the offense) can do with proper protection.
