    Dude...dude...WTF is that all about? I mean I know it's a workout video but like what the hell? I skipped to the end around 6 minutes and she says "That was 32 minutes..." and I was like what kinda time warp is she in? It's like those car shows on SpikeTV that do everything in a half hour and make every kid with a Civic think they have mad skillz yo.

    And is that like a Russian accent?

    It definately wasn't in sequence for her different sets of reps. For instance somebody that well in shape wouldn't be breathing that hard right at the beginning....

    Google Image Search for Susana Spears with safe search turned off. She has done lots of 'modeling'. She's a beauty, sure the **** are enhanced but with as little body fat as she has on her frame, well yes please is the only logical response...
