Help me with a HT, budget for speakers 1000-1200

looking at the pioneer VSX-1019ah or the VSX-21TXh elite series, i can get the elite for minimal price increase, is it worth it?

the room that it is going to be in is about 15X15, it is only separate by a half wall from the dining room which is about 15X12

speakers i have been looking at

Fronts:
Rti a5
Rti a7
Vm 30's
Center: i know thiis is the most important speaker so i want it to be a good one, have been looking at these:
Csi a4
Csi a6
Subs:
Micro pro 1000 or micropro 3000, i am patient i can get these for under 500 dollars on ebay polk direct store, also been eyeing the Definitive Tech super cube III can be had for 500
Rears: i know these are least important so haven't researched much

I would scratch the VM's off the list, I have not heard them but they are not very popular here as i do not see many people posting that they have them.

Personally i have the A5's and the A4. I would recommend the 5's and the A6 if you have the space. Most people here say that the 5's and a good sub is the better choice over the 7's. the receiver does not really mater as much as all of the speakers are pretty easy to drive. Not sure if either of those Pio receivers have pre-outs but i would get the one that does so i can expand in the future. No real opinion on the sub at this time. I am looking to upgrade my sub as well. I would say that you may want to look at some other ID sub delaers like SVS, HSU, ED, Epik as well aws the fantastic deals on polk direct.

thanks fella,i am goiing to hash on that for bit, there is a guy near me selling some rti10's are these worth it, he said i could have the pair for 450, i think i can get him down to 400 if i tried, are these worth it or go with the a5's or a7's a9's are out of budget i think
