What people do at stop lights

Today, while sitting at one I look in my side view mirror to see the lady behind me drilling her nose, pulling out buggers, and rolling them up. She did this the entire time the light was red. Really? Do they think no one is looking or do they just not care?

What have you seen at stop lights?
If...
Ron dislikes a film = go out and buy it.
Ron loves a film = don't even rent.

    I've seen people just TAKE a red light, even after sitting there in front of me waiting.

    Of course, this has only happened to me here in Chicago.....hmmm

    Good manners would dictate that one zip up at stoplights. It's a matter of common courtesy.

    something just like this happened to me the other day. I was sitting at a red light in the turn lane waiting for the light to change and there was a car to my right waiting to go strait - there was no one in the third lane to his right.
    A little kid was riding his bike crossing the street coming from my left - heading to my right. As the light turned green the kid was right in front of my truck, I waited for him to cross as did the car to my right. At that moment I looked in my rear view mirror and saw a car flying towards the intersection in the unoccupied lane to our right - heading right for the kid who was now in front of the car to my right. that car missed that kid by 1 inch - thank GOD! he was going at leat 40mph. I felt so helpless - I didn't even have time to beep the horn. it still upsets me thinking about it
