Uhhh...that is somebody's personal setup here at ClubPolk. I hope they are the one actually selling the speakers otherwise that ad looks a little shifty.
Oh and BTW, old news. Was posted here years ago and I think the pictures are actually in the System Showcase for someone but I can't remember who off-hand.Expert Moron Extraordinaire

Different state, but he doesn't claim they are pictures of the actual speakers. Here are photos of an individual that used these as FRONT THEATER/MUSIC. -
This guy is NOT selling 1-Cs... I called him... He says they're identical to the ones in the picture... Then I start asking about them... They're 1s or 1-As.

Bummer.
I always question ads for used stuff that do not show a picture of what you are contemplating buying. Even more so when I KNOW that the picture is not a picture of the used stuff that they are selling but rather someone else's used stuff that they aren't selling. Screams scam in one way or another.Expert Moron Extraordinaire

John,
I just saw your pics of your old SRS's in your living room being used on someone elses' ad too.
And no mention of it being borrowed from your earlier posting. Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them. -

Sorry John,I didn't save it.
I think it might have been an Ebay ad though.About 1 week ago.
I do remember they were supposed to be in Florida.(I think)Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them. -
Those look like "Larry Chanin" set-up, IIRC. Must have snatched them from the show case or something like that. Very shady!"Appreciation of audio is a completely subjective human experience. Measurements can provide a measure of insight, but are no substitute for human judgment. Why are we looking to reduce a subjective experience to objective criteria anyway? The subtleties of music and audio reproduction are for those who appreciate it.
