Ahhh....I get it. Well, every big postcount starts with a single snowflake...or does that only apply to avalanches?? Anyhoo, I'm not going anywhere - Polk has turned me into a purist and the other board I frequent (audioholics, hometheatershack, hometheaterforum, avsforum) don't have as many polk-enthusiast as here (naturally).

But nonetheless, if presence equals trustworthiness and the sub is still available - then it'll still be here, as will I.

KASR, welcome to the boards - this is a tight little community, and the gang watches out for each other. I've soft deleted the posts above, just keep in mind that a new member selling is going to get to grief until your rep is solid. It might help if you post some additional sources of feedback.

It's all good - I'd feel the same way if a newbie tried to sell me a box of LFD (cigars....another shameless hobby of mine) with same month join date.

I'm looking at the bright side, in a month or three - I can simply bump this thread and not bother re-typing for a relist! LOL!

Update your profile with your location, if you get a chance... I've had better luck selling subs as pickup sales, even though something like this won't be too bad to ship.

while I do agree you deserve a chance just as much as everyone else does I couldn't help but notice that you have this sub posted elsewhere for significantly less than on here

Although I may be new, in the short time I've been I've had several members already 'look out for my best interest' and only feel that I should do the same.

Good catch! I had forgotten that I had posted it there - I suspect that it's also in Audioholics starting at 3 (where I cut and pasted) and then bumping down to 250, in which case, I can offer it for $250 here as well!

I didn't notice that, since other audio forums leave a bad taste in my mouth, but KASR seems to be good people. We're pm'ing back and forth right now (not about the sub) and i'd feel comfy buying from him. Nice to be wrong once in awhile.

yeah, we try to watch out for one another. you say you frequent other forums, but probably just don't post on them? i frequent avsforum and notice you have but a single post, though you joined on 10/07. good luck with the sale and hopefully you'll stick around. you'll come to enjoy our "self-policing" practices...that is, as far as the flea market is concerned.

AVS is on lockdown from I.T. for some reason....but audioholics, hometheatershack and hometheaterforum slip through the cracks - go figure!
