    In todays shite? Yes I think its a decent deal. I am trying to get my Dad into HT, and he's cheap as ****. This might be my Polk way in! :)

    Jokes aside, what are your opinions on the CC offered system? I know its general, but for old ppl....who have never even heard surround sound, is it an OK investment? Do you think that it will provide and adequate, audio movie base for them? (Small room involved, 12x8, btw)
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    I picked this deal up for my bedroom.. For $300, a bargain to me.

    dlew- Yea, and its OK to me, which means it will be awesome to him.

    I am more interested in the mid/high range, do the vocals sound clear? Will the surround effects have impact? etc...

    I only had a chance to hookup the front 3. I can't wait to hookup the sub as well :)
    They sound alright. CC has a nice area where you can listen to them.
