It's a cheap and VERY deadly chance at a 'buzz'. It's been around for a while.

I only choke people upon request. Most of time women of my past have requested this action, how fun.

On another note, the only game we played consist of mock WWF cage meetings, man I got my a$$ spanked a few times. So much fun. Times have definitely changed.

I admit it, I did "the choking game" once I guess I was about 11. We were all at friends house and all my friends did it so I was "forced" to. I passed out and when I woke I forgot where I was and thought I was out for hours. They said I was out for only few seconds. And it was the last of that.

I'm not an idiot and I'm sure a majority of the ones trying it aren't either. I did the arm thing and I guess ours was oxygen depletion, not blood deprivation. I think they're two different pass out scenarios.

The choking sounds dangerous to me and I'm one that would've passed even back then on that one.

I've passed out drunk once. I just don't remember ANYTHING about that experience.

The Carradine misfortune happened to a guy here in Wilm. too about 9 months ago. This guy was hanging and doing it an insider said.I hope it was worth it to him. You know, "dieing with a smile on your face" saying.

Back in my younger days,, we did the "hyperventilate, fold your arms, while someone behind you pressed on your chest IIRC and gently laid you down as you lost consciousness,, we were either stoned or on LSD at the time:rolleyes:

The stupid **** we do as kids. I am so scared for my kids...at least I'll be able to teach them a few things to avoid.

I recall hyperventilation being involved, and I also recall after being out for only a few seconds, having 'come to' and feeling like I slept for hours and feeling refreshed as if I actually did sleep for hours.
I can't imagine how many brain cells were lost back then - I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if that isn't a reason for some of my memory problems today.

Being kids back then with no internet, things were more isolated, so you really didn't know what the real deal was, but that it was a fun thing to do, so...
But honestly I'm surprised this is still going on today with the internet and the spread of knowledge being what it is today, that kids are still deciding to go ahead and do it anyway. Then again with some of the YouTube vids I see, I think society is going stupid in general.

You know, its amazing how that passing out game process actually spread amongst the population back then with no internet- just word of mouth.

For a $50 bill and a condom a guy can do quite a bit of clicking....

It sure beats (sic) a rope and ones choice of lubricant IMO.

I've never tried it (erotic asphyxiation - much less the auto part)...even in my youth. I always chose the "get yourself a girl" path :D and can't imagine any other way.

I did it once in 7th grade. Just held my breath and pushed hard at the same time (pushed as in tried to expell air while holding it). Got a GREAT head rush...then passed out and ended up on the floor.

    Last time I did that!

I was OK watching that until the picture of the father kissing his son in the casket for the last time - Then I lost it. :(:(:(

Reminds me of a similar kind of thing - Freon huffing. One of my brother's best friends died doing it. He passed out and fell down a flight of steps. He was 13. :(

I'm going to go hug my kids now.
