Hey guys, i love this sub but i need to plan ahead. I will eventually be moving to North Carolina and will most likely be living in a downtown condo. Unfortunately this bass monster doesn't quite fit into that equation. I just need to have a sub that doesnt take up so much real estate. :-[

Anyway i am the second owner of this beautiful sub. It is a satin black model BUT it has a rosewood faceplate and a custom mesh magnetic grill. On the left hand side of the vent, some of the satin black paint has chipped away. Its not very noticeable though because of the placement. It could be easily touched up. There is also a light 1.5 scratch on the top, but only noticeable when looked at closely . This unit is currently rocking the original amp, but i have the replacement and I will replace it if you so wish, otherwise you can have it as a backup. Anyway thats the full disclosure on this beast! 8-) I'm located in Columbia, Missouri.

$450 seems fair
brand new right now would be $599 for satin black, $50 for rosewood faceplate, about $60 shipped for custom grill, and $130 shipping directly from av123...

Here's the full disclosure pics :)

You can see the peeled off satin black. Can be fixed to look pretty good, but since its in the corner its pretty much out of sight.

Here is the light scratch. Almost looks like a white hair laying on the top.

And here is just another picture of the MFW-15 :)

Hmmm how's it sound with music? I've contemplated selling my super junior for something larger that digs a little lower.

There are plenty of reviews out there for it being suprisingly musical. It can have huge impact but also be effortless. Its an excellent all around sub. :)

it's a greatest bang for bucks sub. a beast in music and a monster in HT. beat anything SVS or HSU have to offer in the price range. I own one. Neighbors aren't happy. however, OP should specify what version of the amp this one has as we're all too aware of issues in the past.
    Onkyo 805, RtiA5s, Csi5, Rti6s

if I make the drive, trade for a sunfire super junior in great condition? Still have the box and everything.

Damn. You said you needed something smaller and I figured you can't get much smaller by a 9" cubed enclosure.

lol well i work at a hifi shop and we are a sunfire dealer, so i've got the bases covered ;):)

I was thinking more along the lines of the newer True Sub EQ Signature.
