I think Harry Potter should be used at the target range. Sorry, I am just not a fan of youth oriented material. I hear that the movies and books are very nice and good for the ages that it covers. I am not ragging on HP, its just I had a charcoal briquette to play with while young so all this stuff for youth kinda makes me bitter.
They should release "The Land of the Lost" for all these youth. Make them watch what we did when young! Damn Sleazstacks!!CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint. -

Well ... the nephew was over last night, so we watched the new Harry Potter DVD ... a good story for the intended audience.
This was the first movie I watched after mounting my surrounds high on the wall and adding a subwoofer.
Audio is DD 5.1 EX. The movie is mostly in front of you, but has some good surround scenes and some surprisingly strong base during other scenes.Mains: RTA15T

HP is a so so movie. Not really that great on special effects or sound. although my favorite scene is #32 when HP fights the Basilisk . the bass in that fight scene and when the basilisk dies is way groovy.PolkFest 2012, who's going>?

Equally as enjoyable as the first, just 30 minutes too long. It gets very slow in parts. Other than that, an enjoyable movie.

Agreed Ron. I thought it was a little better than the first, but the ending dragged...and dragged....and dragged. I found it lame to watch kids clap for 2 minutes.

freaking supid. I mean at least build some anticipation for the next one. Still it was enjoyable. The sound was very hit and miss - as if different people did the sound for different parts of the movie.
I give the A/V quality a 4 out of 5 for both.
