Speaker placement for two seating rows

Thanks to everyone who knows more than me!

I have begun building a Home Theatre room in the basement, 18 feet long by 12 feet wide by 8 1/2 feet tall.

The room is set up into two seating areas of three seats in the front row and three seat in back row (close to the rear wall).

It would be cool if I could use all my current speakers to create a 7.1 system, but a properly balanced 5.1 will go over very well with me.

Here is my gear:
2 RTi A7 (front towers)
CSi A6 (centre channel)
1 12" Romanca sub (made in Canada, where I live;)
2 FXi A6 (surrounds)
2 FXi A4 (rear surrounds?)
Powered by a Denon 2308ci (100watts per 7 channel)

My plan had been to place the surrounds in between the two rows and the rear surrounds on the rear wall at the recommended 150degree rule from centre listening area.

I currently use the reciever bi-amped to my towers and only the system as a 5.1 in my old room. This extra power sounds so good in the big room. When I finish my new room, my thinking had been that the smaller room would sound just as good if I went from a bi-amp 5.1 to a full 7.1 instead.

With only 100watts perchannel will this be enough? what about speaker placement for two rows? Is there an alternative here I might not even see yet? I am just drywalling now and have loads of time to rearrange the speakers or such. And after so much construction I can not go the new reciever route yet.

Thank you!
