For sale is a decent condition pair of Polk Monitor 5's (6.5/10). Bought them local from a guy on craigslist who stated they were in excellent condition. After receiving them I noticed they had a couple flaws. One of the MW drivers were push in, a scratch on one of the cabinets, and cat hair on the speakers. I fixed the pushed in driver with a needle, but the cat hair is still there. A little cleaning and they will be in good shape.
Each speaker consist of
(1) SL2000 tweeter
(1) MW6502 mid driver
(1) 8" Passive Radiator
(1) fuse in rear
Dimensions are 21.5" X 10.5" X 9".
Local pickup only
Asking $40

Out the house until later on tonight. At a kids birthday party now and going to a Packers party at 3. I'm on vacation for the next two weeks so any other day would work. We could also meet to save you gas.
Pm'd you both my numbers.
How are the 3.1's doing? -

Why are we looking to reduce a subjective experience to objective criteria anyway? The subtleties of music and audio reproduction are for those who appreciate it.
