Seems like the best place to scoop deals on the 354 and 254 (the 154 is a competent receiver, just no HDMI switching) is the harman kardon ebay store - most of the stuff is refurbs, but they are still warrantied and have the new firmware updates....you'll end up saving quite a bit of money going thru them and they offer buy it now as well as the typical bidding.
