Sunfire TGA5200 amp causing humming on my subwoofer

I had one sunfire amp the TGA 5200 and everything was running smoothly.
Now that I added a 2nd amp a Sunfire Grand Signature series my sub is doing a noice even when the amps are turned off.
I have every thing going through a Panamax surge/clean protector.
When the receiver and the amps are turned off I still hear the sound through one of the sub. The sound is not that loud, but when I put my ear next to the sub I can hear it. This noice was not there before so I imagine it has some ground or how ever you say that.
Can any one tell me how to fix this
Thanks

If the Sunfire is unplugged and not connected to the sub is the noise still there? If so there is something else wrong.
I run my PSW1000 off my Sunfire TGA-5400 via the amps L/R front pre-outs (Sunfire provides both pre-in and pre-out RCAs) with no issue. However, the Sunfiire, and the rest of the gear is plugged into one Panamax, while the sub and TV are plugged into another Panamax.Lumin X1 file player, Westminster Labs interconnect cable

I had every thing connected to the panamax. I unplugged the woofer from the panamax still has the low humming noice. Unplugged all the pre outs from the receiver that go into the amp still has the humming noice. I have the sub in a chain as my receiver has only one pre out for the sub. I dsiconected the sub with the humming noice from the other sub and still have the hum.
This is a really low hum that you will only hear when you place your ear next to the sub, but this hum was not there before.
With this hum the sub knows there is still bass coming in to it so it will not shut down automatically(it has a automatic shot down or sleep mode). So since yesterday I have been turning it off manualy.
Maybe it could be the sub's internal amplifier or some thing with in?
I think I have tried every thing!
Any suggestions?

I think it is a problem of connection and polarity. Review the manual

It sounds like a ground loop but.....
I would move the subwoofer to another wall outlet and plug it in....don't worry about connecting it to your other Sunfire gear....ONLY the subwoofer plugged in and turned on. Do you still have the humming noise?
If you do hear the noise....I'd suspect the subwoofer amp or subwoofer driver as the problem. Is it a Polk subwoofer?CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
