Monitor 7c - CANADIAN Valuation?

Are there any Canadians on board that can help me with a valuation question?
Any thought as to what a decent price would be for a pair of 7c speakers described as being in mint condition (aren't they all:D)?
I'm going to audition them in next day or so; seller is being very coy as to price (possibly in the $150 Canadian range), probably hoping that they'll sell themselves once I hear them;)
With the currency differential then, taxation policies, transportation/distribution issues, etc., Canadian pricing likely was quite different from American.
Thank you...

Vintage Polk monitors go from free/gifts to way more than they really should($300 & up). The real question should be, what do they look/sound like and, how much are they worth to you. I'd say an average is $100 US. Another point to consider is.......what would an equivalent amount of money buy in the way of new speakers? Good luck !:)
