    One unintended downside: watch out for those bricked xbox360 consoles on scambay....since there is NO way to check/validate which boxes that have made it to MS shitlist.

    Yeah, there was a flood of 360s on Craigslist because of the bannings. Caveat emptor, people.

    I find it odd that they only ban consoles -- not gamertags. I guess throwing away any xbla games would be too harsh. After all, they do still want these people to go buy a new xbox.
