What fuse are you using in it? Is it happening randomly during operation, just on power on?

Was it working fine, and then all of a sudden started blowing fuses one day, and now it blows it on power up? Check the voltage of the outlet, or try plugging it into another outlet maybe? I am assuming the 3.15 amp slow blow is the original value fuse that was in it of course. Hate to say it, but sounds like the amp has issues:( Tell us the complete chain of events that led you to where you are now with the sub, and maybe there's something we're missing. What settings are being used, where's the volume at, how is it hooked up, is it on an outlet by itself or with many other things, have you had any storms, etc.? Worse case, Polk's CS rocks and they know their stuff. They will definitely take care of you if it comes to a problem with the sub, so no worries:) It's a pain in the **** when these things happen, but between all of the knowledgeable people on the forum and the Polk customer service, you WILL get this fixed:)

The amp more than likely does have issues in the power supply caps, or transformer. A random blow could be a dirty line, but to blow on power on....

I'd give Polk CS a call in the morning.
