Line Level Converter

Just wondering if anyone has had experience with a line level converter that would allow me to add an amp to my Yamaha 565 with no pre-outs. Ive seen some very cheap ones built for cars but was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for home audio... or if it's not even possible...
Thoughts?

Someone found something a while back, but they never posted whether or not the product worked. I don't think it's possible though or the more knowledgeable people on this forum would know about it.Things work out best for those who make the best of the way things work out.-John Wooden

No experience with this product, but should do the trick.

I wish someone had used something like this before. I am curious to know if it would add noise into the sound.

I used an automotive line convertor to take a sub-output from a small CD player system. It would work but it would introduce noise because the quality of the components in the convertors is usually not very good, they're typically pretty cheap and you're attenuating a signal that's already been amplified to then amplify it again.
Your best bet would be to get a cheaper HK or Denon receiver off E-bay for $150. which is what you'll probably pay for all of the line convertors you'll need.
