I just curious. I have been looking into getting a more powerful amp to power my sub, and was just curious what people think about the samson amps. And feedback is welcome here.

Thanks,

I have the Samson 1000 watter bought with my dual SV's. Not 1 burp from this amp and is great for both music and HT. I must say I am thrilled with the entire settup.

At around 400 smackers the Amp is a great purchase.

    HBomb-

I know the samson amps have fans in them. Do your fans turn on? Can you hear them? Thanks again.

You can hear them but you really have to get up close and listen. No problem at all for me even when just quietly watching a television program. Also they auto on/off as needed so you don't hear them consistantly. From the research I have done there is a lot of bang for the buck plus I bought mine as B-Stock from SVS for about ~$370. It was perfect and I could not figure out why it was considered B......
