Does anyone have and LUV "Jazz At The Pawnshop" 2 cd set ????

Can anyone supply me with Jazz (or other live ) cds of this QUALITY. I have the classic Jazz cds....looking for recording quality.


This set was recorded in 1979 , I believe. It is still considered to be one of the BEST live recordings.

I have some GREAT spearkers (storing) in house now that I want to test.

    Any jazz on MoFi hybrid SACD would be what you are looking for, or any jazz on XRCD. I have the XRCD version of JATP and it is excellent.

    Limited edition (3000 copies) 30th anniversary edition at Elusive Disk for ~$90.

    Odd how Elusive Disc indicates that it's Out of Print, yet Here it is at Amazon for ~$104, but as a Preorder to be released on November 17th.

    If you want the Limited Numbered Edition of this, unless you don't care about the Numbered Editions, DO NOT buy it from Amazon. Even though the item picture on Amazon's site clearly shows "Limited Numbered Edition", the one I received, looked almost exactly the same, except there was no "Limited Numbered Edition" text, and after talking to Amazon CS who said to go ahead and open it to see if it was just an outer jacket issue, there was nothing to note inside either. The only #'s were the Catalog and UPC #s.
    :(

    I'm returning this and ordering from ElusiveDisc now.
