Just picked up an Onkyo TX-NR1007 and am looking for some FXi30s to put on my side walls so I can move my RTi28s to the front as height channels. My setup is RTi70 mains, CSi40 center and RTi28 surrounds, so I'm wanting the FXi30s so that they're all from the same line and year.
Equipment list:
Onkyo TX-NR3010 9.2 AVR
Emotiva XPA-3 amp
Polk RTi70 mains, CSi40 center, RTi38 surrounds, RTi28 rears and heights
SVS 20-39CS+ subwoofer powered by Crown XLS1500

Epson 8500UB 1080p projector

    I just bought a pair from a fellow forum member. Great speakers. You wil be happy with them. You will have to do one thing to them when you get them. They are made to hang and to sit, so the rubber feet are on the bottom, just peel them off and stick them to the back before you hang them, that's what I did. I would not want to have the wood sitting against the wall. Vibration city.

    Bluecomet had some for sale not long ago, but I was tapped for cash at the time. If I can't find any soon, I'm just gonna snag some Monitor 30s on the cheap to use as height channels... but I've always wanted to try dipoles in my room. Fingers crossed that someone has some lying around.

    Screw it... Decided to just snag some Monitor 30s for $99 from Newegg so I can hook up the height channels as soon as I get the new receiver. Disregard this request.

    I know you just 'settled' for the Mon 30's, but what were you willing to pay for the FXi30's?
    There is a set on CL here, but they are a part of a set, and he is taking separate offers...

    I was hoping to get 'em under $200. But hell, the Monitor 30s are already ordered. Plus, I'm wary of CL.
