So I bought a nice panasonic zs3 camera today off craiglist and...

well it works perfectly fine...video pics etc.....but while looking it over I noticed that about 8 of the little tiny screws are missing! which i didnt notice when I was buying it....i called him and he said it was never taken apart and knew nothing what I meant by screws were missing...


camera is in great shape no dings or anything...think its possible the factory forgot them or what? so he doesnt have them where can i get those little screws from? I need like 8 of them..

    It's possible that they just plain fell out. I had a customer with a cell phone that had a little rattling sound. All three of the screws under the battery were just dancing around in there.

    yea he claims to know nothing but he also gave me his word that he will send me a 8GB card that he forgot to bring and of course now "I cant find it" whatever!

    do u think any shops will sell little screws like radioshack

    they are regular phillips and looks like well just like any electronic screw that is tiny just like a cell phone.

    Go to the local hobby shop or radio shack maybe lowes even. They should be able to help you. I believe they are going to be fine thread.

    went to the dollar store and bought a dollar pedometer and it has enough screws holding it together to put my camera back to normal :) thanks

    I have the ZS3's little brother, the ZR1. Same sensor as the ZS1, but less zoom (8X vs 12x). Took it to South Africa with me back in October. Everyone has been amazed at the picture quality of this little camera.
