I just sold my RT2000P's to someone today to make room for the new 2-channel rig I'm putting together. While I was helping them load the speakers into the car, he came up to me with the saddest face and said, "Don't take my speakers!" That was just about enough to break my heart. :( It was already hard enough to see my first pair of Polks head out to a new home. He's brought it up a couple more times since and I finally told him that daddy sold them so that we could go get him better speakers.:D

    Cute story.

With the 1C's and Anthem amp you'll both soon forget about those RT2000p's :D. Kids are precious.

I guess dad is training his son well on the importance of good audio. He'll have more and bigger audio experiences to remember as he age and hopefully will ackowledge what good audio is all about versus the ipod, MP3 and all of the other junk technology kids are accustomed today. Thanks for sharing this nice story with us

    Cheers!

Its time to sit him down and tell him the truth: "Son, your daddy has been hanging out with the wrong crowd and now has a disease. It is called audiophilia and it is going to get much worse".
