Tons of M-series and 505s, why?

Does anyone know why there is, almost all of a sudden, an inexhaustible supply of PSW505 and M-series towers on some etailers sites?

What's up with this. How can there be so much left..?

Just curious....thought we'd be on to TSIs 'only' by now.

I have always wondered the same thing, maybe just gradually getting rid of stock? I'm sure they had to have hundreds of sets of the M Series and hundreds of 505's in the hay-day and probably just selling them at times to reduce/elimate overstock? If I can scratch up enough coin here in the near future, I am going to get me a 505, and will not ask too many questions why they still have them in stock, lol.

I have no idea, but I don't care either as it has allowed me to put together a pretty decent first system for a lot less than retail price :D
