The FS link in his sig is there to help promote his sale. Nothing wrong with that at all. Say someone saw his sig in another thread and was looking for just such a deal but never looked in the FS thread. I guess you could say its advertising.

Good luck with the sale. If I didn't have so damn many drives lying around I'd snag a few just for the extra space. Did I say extra space? For a 1TB dive? funny thing is I remember when I bought a 4.3 gig drive for puter back in the day and the guys at the store looked at me like I was crazy to buy such a LARGE drive. I was moving up from a 500mb drive to 4.3 gigs. I'd never use all that drive is what they told me. Asked me if I was building a SUPER SERVER? LMAO!

You can never have too much space. I remember paying an extra $100 to upgrade to 340MB from a 250MB hard drive on a new PC from Gateway (in 1993).

Western Digital drives are the best, IMHO. This is a great deal. Good luck with the sale.

187CAM - So are you running a super server with all that space? Haha. I still have a computer with 12GB of storage. My other computer has 4.8TB and it filling up fast. You'll never need that much space! lol

To all - I think we need to yell at TSheaZ28 more. I'm not sure 6 follow up posts all blasting him did his actions justice. But no, seriously, I don't think everyone had to yell at him. One post would have sufficed. Now the thread is 75% yelling at TSheaZ28. Kinda pointless. If fact, you all could have PMed TSheaZ28 also, just as you recommended to him.

Damn...makes me want to just ditch my extra 80gb drives and get a couple of these. Hmmm....I wish my last HDD experience from here was more positive. That's no slight on you Mshan, and certainly not your fault.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

Two of the 1 TB drives and one of the 500 GB drives have been sold.

Two of the 1 TB hard drives remain, as does 1 of the lightly used 500 GB hard drives.
