Tonight I'm picking up our audio stand for our 2ch Living room system. It currently sits on tiles which are on the carpet. Can't wait to pick it up!

Here is where I bought it :

There is a Sanus convection cooling system...what ever that means. It draws cool in from the bottom and lets out hot air from the top.

Makes sense as heat naturally go up. Very tempting as the price is right, the only thing that is missing is casters.

    Cheers!

As in wheels? because it does have little silver metal caps at the bottom.
And it's another reason why I'm getting it. We've been looking for one for a long time and when I saw this price I told my wife I'm going to see it and probably buy it. They were sold out of their only one. So it was ordered. I could have gone to another store but why bother when this one is 5 mins from my place and I've wated 2yrs for a cabinet what's another couple days.

That's pretty sweet! I like the dark color and matte finished glass. That'd be great for a home theater room. The frosted glass cuts down on glare from light as well as status lights from equipment. I'll have to keep that in mind when I finish up the basement.

Hell yeah!! That is sweet. I'll probably go with the exact same stand for my next purchase. Thanks.
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

We like it, we are thinking in the spring to maybe paint out the silver door frame to black...not sure yet.

So far so good, I'm just not sure where to put the amp, keep it at the bottome where it's cooler or put it at the top so the heat escapes faster....or is that 6 of one 1/2 a 12 of the other?

I just wished there was a tad more room so I could lift the screen of the laptop. The cable is long enough so we can set it on top, choose our internet radio station and set it back in.

the refrig guy thinks you should have it on the bottom with holes under the amp, if possible. The cabinet needs natural draft like a chimney.IMO
