RTiA1 woofers blown

In the last 9months I have blown the woofers in 3 separate speakers, I have an older amp, a 1996 acurus dia-100, and wonder could there be a problem with it? It sounds wonderful.

Ease off the volume. If you want to crank it get some speakers and amp that'll give you the volume you're after.
