I'm selling off the rest of my DVDs at a garage sale Saturday, was thinking $3 each. What'cha think? Too low, too high?
If...
Ron dislikes a film = go out and buy it.
Ron loves a film = don't even rent.

If they're in good condition (which I think they will be) and popular titles, I think $3-5 is a real good deal.

    For the non-popular ones, I'd say $1-2.

Best Buy is for people who don't know any better. Magnolia is for people who don't know any better and have more money to spend.

Would you like to make money or get rid of stuff. It is an inverse relationship.
At $5 bucks - you make money - at $1 people will take more risks and buy DVDs they normally wouldn't.

I also advertise an alternate price for all of them together..........although this will need to be adjusted as your sale continues and some DVDs start to go individually.....

yeah, 3-5 is about what I paid for all mine, and then I put up a CL ad "instant DVD collection" and sold the whole rackfull. made a little over 2.00 each. I realized I hardly ever watched any of them, they were just collecting dust. I kept the classics that get watched a lot, like the Monty Pythons, Pulp Fiction, Lord of the Rings, etc.

I'd like to sell them here but I'd get close to the same price at the garage sale and I'd have no packing costs, shipping costs, and the time spent at the post office. Sorry guys but I just want to dump these and go...

Change of plans, I skipped out on the garage sale so in a few days or so I should have a list of all my DVDs up for sale.

He has the right to ask whatever price he wants. Ron's been a member here long enough that I'm sure he doesn't need the advice of some 'low baller' with <200 posts.

I wasnt responding to your post buddy? . In fact I have saw several posts you seem to chime into starting trouble . Everthing ok with you ?

Keiko's a good man in my book as well as with the rest of Polk forum, don't bring that kind of crap on someone else's thread and don't 'tell' someone what they should offer their goods for.

    Ron, goodluck with the sale!
I'll have to grab a few from you if I see some good titles :D

I ask for dibs on Concert DVD's. :p
Sure, as long as you're agreeing now to buy every single one of them regardless of what the selection is, that's how it works :D
