Man, the Cubs are wailing on the Mets today. I can't believe how bad the Mets defense is. Or their offense! Hahaha!

Sox fan here so naturally I can't stand the Cubs. I do hope they both do well so when they play each other the games have some meaning. Will miss Joe Carter in the broadcast booth. He is the worst color commentator I have ever heard. Always enjoyed listening to his sound bytes on the Score sports radio, they were priceless.

Baseball has got to be the most BOREING sport to watch on television or see in real life. IMO, its OK to play, but it has gotta be the most BOREING! 9 innings of BOREDOM!
    - Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

Golf - hit a ball, walk to it. Hit a ball, walk to it. Hit a ball, walk to it. Fun to play, but I wouldn't waste a part of my TV's life span watching it.

Baseball has gotten boring over the years. I still love the game but watching it on tv can put me to sleep. Pitchers take to damn long with their delivery and after every pitch the batter has to step out of the batters box. Then if there is a runner on first the pitcher has to throw over there to keep the runner from stealing. I used to pitch so I know how important it is to keep the runner from stealing but sometimes it seems the pitcher throws over to much to the point of overkill. The playoffs are the worst, they always last over 3 hours.

I played baseball up until about 9th grade. Never did follow pro. Boring as hell on TV. However, I have discovered that listening to a game on the radio while I'm working in the shop can be relaxing. Most of the talk is, of course, NOT about the game at hand.

Maybe that is a key for people who watch golf... the draw is something OTHER than the game(s) at hand...?
