Csi30 vs Csi20
Hallo, I'll be grateful if someone give me some suggestions obout this question:
One month ago I buied the follow components:
Polk R50s as maispeakers
Polk R30s as surroundspeakers
Polk Csi20 as central
Polk PSW202
I 'm happy with this installation but I've observed that my central speaker has a lower impact than my mainspeaker, moreover I must set up volume all the times that I change a DVD.
R50s have 90dB
I though that Csi20 had 89 dB but actually has 87dB.
I would upgrade it with Csi30 but i don't know if it's a good idea:
Csi 30 has a larger tweter (1") than my mainspeakers and the woofers are better..
Excuse me for my horrible English (i'm Italian).
Thank you

Sounds like you may need to get an SPL meter and properly calibrate your speaker levels. You can get one at Radio Shack for around $30.

I would adjust settings for a long while before looking to upgrade to the CSi30. The CSi20 is meant for the R series and sounds great with them. I have a very similar system to yours.
