Klipsch rf-7 performance

I have (4) Klipsch RF-7 speakers.I use for fronts and for surrounds,I omit the center channel in my surr recvrs settings.I notice great bass performance,but the high's or treble is a little harsh.Any trick's,mods or idea's to help that?

    I auditioned a few Klipsch prior to purchasing my Polk's and they all sounded tinney or "harsh" to me, don't think there is anything to do save swap out the horn's? :o

    What are you driving them with, and what cables do you use?

    Some tube gear is the only thing that comes to mind,and even that may not be enough. Try warmer sounding gear and cables but those speakers are by nature,alittle harsh on the top.

    Definitely get some tubes into the mix. I love my RF-35's. With separates, even solid state separates, I've not personally found them to be harsh. But they're definitely magic with tube amps and/or tube pre.
